All you need to know about ordering from Hickory Hill Primitives

Shipping:

• Shop securely using Paypal. You may use Paypal to pay by credit card, even if you do not have a Paypal account.

• Your order will be promptly shipped, same day or next!

• All items pictured are in stock and ready to ship unless otherwise stated.

• All items will be shipped though the USPS or UPS for
larger items. I like to use delivery confirmation so that you can track your order and I can make sure your order has arrived.

Our system is set to an approximate shipping rate to cover the largest of orders,therefore you may see that your particular order shows a high shipping rate.Please note that any over-charged postage fees (over $1.00) WILL be reimbursed to your account via paypal.

For my customers outside the United States, I am happy to ship anywhere. Please use the "Contact" button and let me know what you would like to order. I will then get an actual shipping price from the post office and I will invoice you via paypal. Please include all shipping info, your name, address and email so that I may invoice you.
Please Note: Confiscation of products by your customs/border control if deemed a risk to your country's environment is at your risk.

Returns:

• The items that are offered for sale on this website are done in a primitive style which is often distressed and made to look old. The wood items offered are made by hand by us and hand painted so each one unique. Item may not be exactly as shown due to this.

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact me by email within three days of receiving your item.

• The returned item must be in its original condition and packaging and sent back to us within seven days.

• If the return is not postmarked within seven days there will be a ten percent restocking fee.

• The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost and the package must be sent insured.

• Original shipping fees are not refundable.

• After the item is received by Hickory Hill Primitives a refund will be credited via Paypal.

• We cannot except returns on linens and textiles.

• Items in the vintage category are sold "as is" and not returnable.

• All items on our website are sold for decorative purposes only and should be treated as such.We do not take any responsibility for misuse of our products.
